Online registration for this event will close on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at midnight.
Walk-up registration is welcome. Cost $30.00 and can be paid at the following location and times:

FIRST 1000 registrants will receive a FREE entry to the Honda Grand Prix for Friday March 23rd.
PLEDGE PROGRAM:
Set a fundraising goal (we suggest $200). Ask friends, family and co-workers to support your fundraising efforts with a donation. Please note $150 fundraising minimum per person is required to participate in the pledge incentive prize.
Aim high and earn a great prize. All participants who meet their $150 fundraising minimum or more will have their $25 registration fee WAIVED! Fundraising tips: sponsor yourself for $25, send emails to friends, family and co-workers and local businesses asking them to contribute - you would be surprised at how quickly you can raise over $150! Include a tagline and link to your fundraising page in your email signature. As you receive your donations remember to send thank you letters.

All participants must be registered and have a minimum of $150 in fundraising received by March 21st, 2012 to assure smooth check-in the day of the event. Pledges can also be turned in with walk up registrations. It's not if: it's when.
The Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation invites you to join them at the 3rd Annual Racing to Recovery Run, Walk, 'N Wheel-a-thon in St. Petersburg,
Florida on March 23, 2012. This event will raise money for local spinal cord research.
Run, walk or wheel the 5k course around the official Honda Grand Prix racetrack and picturesque Straub Park in St. Petersburg.
Register today and you can receive:
• The first 1,500 registered participants will receive a Grand Prix 5K goody bag
• The first 18 finishers will receive a gift certificate to Road ID
• 50 Grand Prix model cars for the first 50 kids to cross the finish line

The Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation (SSPF) is leading the charge to cure paralysis. It helps individuals overcome spinal cord injuries and other neurological disorders by funding scientific research, medical treatment, rehabilitation and technological advances.
This research benefits stroke victims and people diagnosed with ALS, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. SSPF funds its national Day at the Races program and quality of life grants to organizations throughout the country benefiting people with paralysis and other life challenges.
